15 Minute Meals When You’re Quarantined
With COVID-19, the coronavirus, sweeping across the country in record time, the possibility of having to self-quarantine is a real one.
In our town alone there are families that have already had to self-quarantine due to contact with an infected physician. To think that it couldn’t happen to any of us at any time is naive.
Update 3/12/2020: The governor of the our state (PA) has put our entire county under quarantine as of tomorrow, 3/13/2020, and all schools and non-essential services and businesses are closed until March 30th.
Being prepared is key.
